Posted by Another record day in King County blew out the model’s prediction of 168: 251 reported today in King County. However, the governor is correct in that the rate of growth is slowing down. It is going to take 7 days to double from where we were last week. It’s still growing though.
16 deaths reported today is also a record and bad news.
The new King County site has more info, such as % positive tests – which I am also going to start tracking and see if it’s predictive, as well as infections by zip code. My zip code has 18 infections and a 15.5% positive rate, which seems pretty high to me. The total number of people tested yesterday increased 25%. That’s a great thing!
The prediction for tomorrow is 202. I’ll take the over.
